Actually am not able to communicate with the dongle. Modem-manager was tryingto to issue commands to the dongle wich reset itself in turn. SmartBrick is carried by Vengit Ltd. I suspected that there is some process that tries to communicate with it and keeps it resetting over and over. I tried out some scripts, but it makes bluetooth active only after i log in, which doesn't suffice my requirement.
